I think half the reason I love Mardi Gras is because I love Mardi Gras colors! This piece was a blast to make as I built my polymer clay pendant frame around the details of the Donna Montez fused glass cab.

As usual….these ladies I blogged about did not disappoint. I WAS like a kid in a candy store and bought many glass beads and cabs to build into my own art. Another friend commented how she enjoys seeing “art built upon art”. That’s my take too. I look forward to the new collaborative work. These “candies” come with their own muse. Looking forward to new fun!
